For any new students registering you will need to pick up a Registration Packet and bring the following items to the school office to complete the registration packet.

•  Original birth certificate

•  Guardian's  photo id                                         

• 2 proofs of residency 

• Complete immunizations record.

•  If your child has an individualized education plan (iep) - please bring a copy with you.

*To expedite the registration process, please bring all the necessary documents into the school office. We'll not be able to enter your student into our system and give them a class assignment until we have all the listed documents and a completed registration packet.

*All paperwork must be turned in to the office by noon for your student to start school the next day.*
